Facial Fat Grafting
Minimally invasive option for full facial rejuvenation.
What is Facial Fat Grafting?
During the natural aging process, we tend to lose volume in our faces. This loss of volume contributes to a less youthful appearance. Volume replacement with your own fat can help counteract this process and restore a more youthful appearance. Facial fat grafting is a minimally invasive option for full facial rejuvenation.
How Does Facial Fat Grafting Work?
Facial fat grafting begins by gently harvesting fat from an area on the body such as the abdomen, hips, flanks, or thighs. The harvested fat is then centrifuged and only the finest fat cells and growth factors are used for facial fat grafting. Dr. Dawes uses extremely fine cannulas to inject the fat into the areas of concern, such as the temples, jawline, nasolabial folds, lips, and cheeks to help restore the youthful appearance that fades as our faces lose volume with age.
