The use of fillers in the face has long been established as a means of allowing patients to restore and retain youthful features without surgery. Less known, is the use of Radiesse in the hands and décolletage. As we age, our skin thins exposing the details of the unsightly extensor tendons underneath. Likewise, thinning dermis in the décolletage area leads to the characteristic crepe décolletage ‘look’. The use of Radiesse in both of these areas is amazingly effective in hiding these untoward features, restoring their previous youthful appearance.
