Drink more water. Drinking water will help your skin from the inside out by flushing out toxins from your body and improving your complexion. Aim to drink at least half your body weight (pounds) in ounces each day. If you weigh 160 pounds, for example, aim for 80 ounces each day.

Get more sleep. Sleep is important to your health in so many ways. When it comes to your skin, sleep deprivation can affect hydration, texture and even collagen growth. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night and establish a nighttime routine. Healthy sleep habits such as going to bed at the same time each night will improve the health of your skin.
